The tab labeled USPTO provides users with links and forms that make it easier to conduct searches, view recent USPTO announcements (fees, recent changes, and prosecution guidelines), and upload e-forms for filing online.
The new guidelines for examiners are also listed.

APPS

The tab labeled Apps contains a list of chemical apps that enable the user to calculate quantities of materials for recycling and diluting various batches of materials. You should be able to use these chemical apps on your smart phone or computer. You will need Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
When available for publication, the Apps web page will also contain Acrobat Forms that combine chemical topics, such as condensation reactions and forms to calculate pH, %NCO, and other stoichiometric calculations
